Ms Emma Gavin
About
Emma’s work is informed by systemic practice and family constellation facilitation, in which she has received specialist training. Through this perspective, she helps clients explore the conscious and unconscious dynamics that shape their relationships, behaviours, and emotional patterns. By creating a non-judgemental and unbiased therapeutic space, Emma enables what has been unseen, unheard, or unacknowledged to emerge safely, opening the door to understanding, resolution, and healing.
She has extensive experience working with individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural, religious, and social backgrounds. Emma also understands the pressures associated with demanding careers, high-stress environments, and complex workplace relationships. Her clinical experience includes supporting clients through grief and loss, trauma, stress, and anxiety, empowering them to build resilience, restore balance, and move forward with greater clarity and self-awareness.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
