Dr Emin Ergen is a Sports Medicine Physician with over four decades of experience in clinical practice, academic leadership, and elite sports medicine. Dr Ergen has served as Chief Medical Officer at multiple Olympic Games and was a member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Medical Commission from 2012 to 2022. He has also collaborated with global organisations such as the International Federation of Sports Medicine (FIMS) and World Archery.
In his former role as Medical Director at Gloria Sports Arena in Antalya, he focused on optimising athlete performance and medical care. He continues to support international sports medicine initiatives and remains engaged in advancing the field globally.
Dr Ergen is currently based at UPANDRUNNING Medical Center, where he practises full-time as a Sports Medicine Specialist.
