She has provided physiotherapy services to The Great Britain Water skiing team and the Riding for the Disabled Association. Additionally, Emily has collaborated with a local rugby team, both on and off the pitch, working alongside coaches and athletes to prevent injuries and facilitate speedy recoveries for the players. She has also worked with a theatre school, focusing on enhancing dancers' mobility, addressing injuries, and managing pain to ensure that students can continue their studies.

Emily has always been an active sports enthusiast. Her own experiences include rowing for The City of Bristol Rowing Club at the National and International levels, as well as competing at the Regional level for Bristol and West Netball Club. She enjoys a wide range of adventurous activities, including horse riding, skiing, water skiing, wild swimming, yoga, pilates, and hiking. Her passion for sports and physical activity has equipped her with a deep understanding of injury prevention and recovery related to sports.
