Emily's background includes specialised training in girls' and women's sports, enhancing participation and leadership development in these areas.
With a background in basketball, both as a player and elite-level coach, as well as five years of experience as a lead swimming instructor, Emily enjoys working with individuals of all ages and abilities. She has a strong focus on working with people living with chronic diseases, particularly those related to neurological, metabolic, cardiovascular, and mental health.
Her passion for creating enjoyable, challenging, and personalised exercise programs ensures that her clients leave each session with a sense of accomplishment and a smile on their faces. Emily specialises in areas such as women’s health, chronic pain, chronic disease management, neurological rehabilitation, oncology, mental health, diabetes management, and cardiac rehabilitation.
