Dr Emad Tashkandi is a respected Consultant Medical Oncologist, providing dedicated care to his patients. Dr Tashkandi holds the position of Associate Professor at Umm Al-Qura University. His research interests include the study of treatment patterns and clinical outcomes in patients with various forms of cancer, such as prostate and colorectal cancer.
He earned his medical degree from Umm Al-Qura University in Makkah. Following this, he completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Western Ontario in Canada and a fellowship in Medical Oncology at McMaster University, also in Canada. Dr Tashkandi further pursued a Clinical and Research Fellowship in Genitourinary (GU) and Gastrointestinal (GI) Malignancies and obtained a Graduate Diploma of Clinical Epidemiology from McMaster University.
