He completed his Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in General (Internal) Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, and Stroke Medicine in 2014.

Between 2016 and 2017, he expanded his expertise internationally as Consultant Stroke Physician and Geriatrician, serving as Director of Stroke Services at the Institute of Neurosciences in Kolkata. In addition to his clinical roles, Dr. Sen is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Manchester University, contributing to academic research and medical education.
