Professor Yeng S. Ang is a Consultant Gastroenterologist at Circle Health Group in Bolton and Salford Royal Hospital (Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust). Alongside his clinical work, Professor Ang is Honorary Professor of Gastrointestinal Science at the University of Manchester, where he teaches medical students and supervises postgraduate researchers. He plays an active role in international research, including studies with the Manchester Cancer Research Centre and the OCCAMS project investigating oesophageal cancer. His research has been published in major journals such as Nature Medicine.
