About
Specialising in gastroenterology since 2005, Dr. Ralphs began his career with a fellowship at the renowned gastrointestinal unit at St. Mark's Hospital in London, where he was part of the Nutrition and Intestinal Failure team. He continued his training in North West London, taking two years to research novel diagnostic techniques for early cancer detection at Imperial College London.
In 2014, Dr. Ralphs started his role as a consultant in Colchester. He has held the position of Clinical Lead for Endoscopy since 2015 and became the Clinical Director of the North Essex Bowel Cancer Screening Centre in 2017. His work focuses on improving patient experiences and delivering high-quality care in endoscopic procedures.
