About Dr Sara Pruneddu
Dr Sara Pruneddu is one of the few dually certified Dermatologist and Veneorologist, with several yearsof experience gained both in the UK and in Italy. Dr Pruneddu is a Consultant Dermatologist at King's College Hospital, one of the most prestigious teaching hospitals in London. She deals ith all aspects of skin conditions of adulkts and children. Prior to that she was lead clinician at North Middlesex Hospital where she worked for over 7 years, offering services in the field of allergic conditions, patch testing, paediatric dermatology and inflammatory skin conditions. She qualified with honour in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Sassari Medical School (Italy). She then trained in Dermatology and Venerology both in Italy and in the UK, where she joined as an oversea fellow at the Dermatology department of Queen's Hospital and Royal London Hospital. After obtaining her Diploma with distinction in 2011, Dr Pruneddu decided to relocate to London. She offers service in medical dermatology including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, skin cancer prevention/detection and patch testing. Dr Pruneddu is an expert in dermoscopy and mole mapping, acne, paediatric dermatology, skin cancer and venereology.
