About Dr Sandy Flann
Dr Sandy Flann is a Consultant Dermatologist. She has extensive in general dermatological problems, such as eczema, psoriasis, acne, skin cancers & vulval skin disorders. She is a skilled dermatological surgeon and has a specialist interest in paediatric dermatology and allergy. Dr Flann completed her medical training at King's College School of Medicine, London in 2000. She continued her training in general medicine at Bromley Hospital, King's College Hospital and Guy's and St Thomas' Hospitals, London. She became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in 2016. She began her Dermatology training at the prestigious St John's Institute of Dermatology, London. After further training at King's College Hospital, St George's Hospital and Orpington Hospital, she obtained a Royal College of Physicians Speciality Certificate in Dermatology. She has also completed a postgraduate MSc in Allergy at Imperial College. Dr Flann has presented at a variety of national and international meetings, including the British Association of Dermatology, the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, the American Academy of Dermatology and the World Congress in Paediatric Dermatology. She is also actively involved in teaching GP trainees and runs monthly paediatric dermatology and allergy clinic for children with difficult eczema, and multiple food allergies.
