About
Dr. Malik earned his primary medical qualification at the University of London in 1998 and gained membership with the Royal College of Physicians. He then went on to undertake his basic and specialist training at Norwich and Norfolk University Hospital, in addition to the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore. During this time spent training, Dr. Malik gained his interest in musculoskeletal MRI and Ultrasound procedures and gained knowledge and expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of sports injuries of elite athletes. Since completing his training, Dr. Malik has also become an active member of the medical education community, undertaking research and presenting his findings at national and international conferences, in addition to writing book chapters on radiology.
Dr. Malik has also become an Honorary Senior Lecturer at University College London Medical School and is actively involved in numerous radiology societies including the Royal College of Radiologists and the British Society of Skeletal Radiologists, where he holds responsibility for allocating research funds.
