Graduating from the University of Glasgow in 1993 she undertook her speciality training in Aberdeen becoming a Consultant here for 3 years before moving to Northampton. She holds numerous professional memberships including the British Association of Dermatologists (BAD), Royal College of Physicians, British Society of Dermatological surgery (BSDS) and the British Society for the Study of Vulval Disease (BSSVD).
