In 2009, he joined Brighton & Sussex University Hospitals Trust as a consultant dermatologist, and in 2012, he became the Clinical Lead for Dermatology. He has since established himself as a key figure in the field, earning six clinical excellence awards for his contributions to the NHS. His work in dermatology also earned him the distinction of becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in 2012.

As a founder of the British Hair and Nail Society and a Fellow of the European Hair Research Society, he actively contributes to research, guidelines, and education in this field.
