He is a Team doctor for the England Women's Cricket Team and Chief Medical Officer of Warwickshire County Cricket Club. He worked previously as team doctor for the England Men's Cricket Team between 2012 and 2021, including being appointed as Lead Physician for the England Men's Cricket Team. He was also appointed as the Chief Medical Officer for the 2017 ICC Champions Trophy and the highly successful 2019 Cricket World Cup.

Between 2015 and 2023, he was First team and Lead Academy doctor for Aston Villa Football Club. He has also previously acted as physician for the English Institute of Sport, British Triathlon Federation, Worcester Wolves Basketball team, Kidderminster Harriers FC, Worcestershire County Cricket Club, Worcester Warriors Rugby Club and Bristol Bears Rugby Club.
