In addition to face-to-face consultations, Dr. De Burgh-Thomas offers video and telephone appointments. His practice includes services such as HPV, hepatitis B vaccinations, HPV vaccinations,  HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) both oral and injectable, and contraception and hormone therapy counselling. He has a particular interest in genital dermatology, sexual infections, and reproductive health as well as helping people with recurrent herpes simplex virus infections.

Dr. De Burgh-Thomas holds a BSc in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Imperial College London (1989) and completed his medical degree (MBBS) at the University of London in 1994. He is a member of several professional bodies, including the Royal College of Physicians, the British HIV Association, and the British Association for Sexual Health and HIV. Outside of medicine, he enjoys motorcycling, swimming, yoga, and general health and wellbeing.
