Ms Deirdre Murray is a Holistic Psychotherapist with over two decades of experience supporting clients through a wide range of emotional, psychological, and physical challenges. Her clinical specialties include working with clients living with Multiple Sclerosis, as well as providing therapies for stress relief, pregnancy, infertility, female reproductive health concerns, and digestive disorders. Since 2000, she has been part of the therapy team at the Multiple Sclerosis North West Therapy Centre, offering tailored holistic treatments for people with neurological conditions.
Deirdre’s journey into holistic therapy began in 1997 with training in reflexology. She has since gained extensive qualifications in advanced reflexology, anatomy and physiology, aromatherapy, Swedish massage, Indian head massage, Reiki, hot stone therapy, shiatsu, cupping, moxibustion, and more. Alongside her private practice, she runs a School of Reflexology, accredited by the Irish Reflexologists Institute Ltd, where she trains the next generation of practitioners while upholding the highest professional standards.
