David is a highly experienced physiotherapist and the founder of Hamilton Physiotherapy. A graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, he also holds a BSc in Nursing from University College Cork. Before founding his clinic, David spent over a decade working within the NHS, where he gained deep insight into the challenges of public physiotherapy although saw limitations in restrictive care pathways, appointment limits to long waiting lists.
Frustrated by these systemic constraints, David launched Hamilton Physiotherapy to provide timely, personalised care that helps people manage pain and return to the activities they love. He takes a compassionate, collaborative approach with each patient, working closely to understand their individual needs and create tailored treatment plans that support long-term recovery and well-being.
Whether you’re dealing with back, neck, knee, shoulder or hip pain, managing arthritis, preparing for or recovering from surgery, or simply looking to improve mobility, David’s aim is to support you every step of the way. His warm and approachable style makes physiotherapy accessible even if it’s your first time.
David is committed to helping people in the Hamilton area live healthier, more active lives through expert, hands-on care rooted in experience, empathy, and results.
