I support adults with depression, anxiety, trauma & PTSD to Feel Calm, Confident and Back in Control. If anxiety is constantly running in the background of your life… If past trauma still feels close to the surface… If low mood or overwhelm is affecting your work, relationships or sleep… You don’t have to manage it alone. I help adults who are feeling stuck, distressed, or exhausted by anxiety, trauma, and depression move toward feeling more grounded, stable, and confident again. Therapy with me is practical, evidence-based, and focused on helping you experience meaningful change, not just temporary relief.
