About

Craig Turner is a highly experienced Soft Tissue Therapist with over 15 years in the sport, fitness, and rehabilitation industry. Known for his results-driven approach, Craig specialises in the assessment, treatment, and recovery of soft tissue injuries, helping clients move better, recover faster, and perform at their best.

Craig graduated from Suffolk University in 2009 with a degree in Sport Science and later completed his Level 4 qualification in Sports Massage Therapy. Over the course of his career, he has worked with a broad spectrum of clients ranging from elite athletes and performing artists to office professionals and manual labourers.

His experience includes treating referees working within the English Football League (EFL) and Women’s Super League (WSL), members of the Australian national hockey team, and a ballerina from the Royal Ballet. This diverse client base has helped Craig develop a treatment approach that adapts to the demands of high-performance sport, physically demanding occupations, and everyday movement.

Craig has a particular interest in the treatment of soft tissue injuries and Myofascial Release Therapy, using advanced hands on techniques to address muscular dysfunction, reduce pain, and support long-term recovery. He is committed to continuous professional development, regularly investing in advanced training and specialist equipment to provide the highest standard of care.

Alongside his clinical work, Craig has extensive experience in the sport and fitness sector, having worked as a self-employed Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist and as a Sports Tutor at Pro:Direct Football. His background in coaching and athletic performance allows him to take a holistic approach to treatment, bridging the gap between rehabilitation, strength, and performance.

Outside of the clinic, Craig maintains a strong passion for sport, including football, rugby, tennis, cricket, NFL, and motorsport. This enthusiasm for sport underpins his work, enabling him to understand the physical demands placed on athletes and active individuals.

“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
