She adopts an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Person Centred Therapy. Recognising that each individual's needs are unique, Ciara ensures her practice is flexible and tailored to meet the specific requirements of each client.
With a strong belief in the importance of unconditional support, Ciara employs empathetic listening and a genuine presence in her sessions. Her expertise covers a wide range of issues including anxiety, bereavement, career guidance, chronic illness, depression, life transitions, men's and women's issues, relationship challenges, self-esteem, spirituality, stress, trauma, and PTSD.
Through her holistic approach and compassionate demeanour, Ciara strives to empower clients to navigate life's challenges, achieve personal insights, and cultivate resilience for a fulfilling life journey.
