He is actively involved in academic medicine as a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Sydney and serves as an Editorial Fellow for the journal Heart, Lung and Circulation associated with the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand.
He is currently completing a PhD investigating right ventricular function and adaptation using multimodal imaging techniques, with a strong emphasis on translational research linking cardiac imaging science to clinical cardiology practice.
