Physiotherapy
About
Chirag Parmar has over five years of clinical experience working with individuals ranging from recreationally active people to competitive athletes. His clinical work focuses on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury management, and return-to-sport programmes. He began his physiotherapy career after completing a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at Brunel University London and later worked within the NHS, where he gained experience through rotations including orthopaedics and community rehabilitation.
Alongside his NHS work, he has provided physiotherapy support in sports environments, working with Gaelic football and hurling teams to manage acute injuries and rehabilitation. He also worked as the physiotherapist for the Queens Park Rangers Women’s First Team. After completing postgraduate training in sports and exercise medicine with a football-specific pathway at the University of Birmingham, he returned to London and worked in an orthopaedic musculoskeletal outpatient clinic while also supporting young athletes as Academy Physiotherapist at Tottenham Hotspur.
His clinical approach focuses on functional rehabilitation and sport-specific recovery programmes designed to support movement demands in both everyday activities and athletic performance.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
