Mr Charlie Goodchild is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist and founder of Better, a Healthcare business based across 3 London sites: Soho, Marylebone and The City.
Prior to opening his own practice Better, Mr Goodchild was the Head of the Physiotherapy team at one of London's leading Sports Medicine clinics.
Mr Goodchild has expertise in exercise/rehabilitation prescription, sports medicine, complex injury management, and chronic/persistent pain.
He has a special interest in the following areas:

Post-operative rehabilitation
Tendon injuries
Chronic/Persistent pain
Lower back pain
Shoulder pain
Mr Goodchild completed his bachelor's degree in sports and exercise science in 2008, achieving a first class honours degree at the University of Essex, followed by a master's degree in Physiotherapy in 2010.
He has worked in sport throughout his career, working with The Football Association for over 9 years, covering over 90 international matches, first with the Partially Sighted and Powerchair Squad's and was then lead physiotherapist for the England Futsal Team for 3 seasons. Charlie also worked with Saracens Acadamy Rugby, Essex County Rugby and for Barking Rugby Club.
Charlie also worked with Nuffield Health and IPRS Health. He has also previously been a guest lecturer at the University of Essex for the physiotherapy master's programme. Mr Goodchild is HCPC and CSP registered.
His personal interests include spending time with family, reading, listening to podcasts, running, cycling, golf, weight training, and watching any sport he has the time for.
