Celine is a Fertility and Women's health Nutritional Therapist specialising in functional nutrition and hormonal health. She offers personalised, evidence-informed support to help women and couples restore reproductive balance and feel empowered, informed, and connected to their bodies. Her work supports clients navigating fertility challenges, PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid conditions, irregular cycles, miscarriage and pregnancy loss, postpartum depletion, and perimenopause. She also provides guidance in digestive health, male fertility, menstrual health, cycle care, energy optimisation, and the transition into parenthood.
Celine’s approach moves away from restrictive diets and one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, she combines nutritional therapy, functional medicine principles, and clear, practical education so clients can make confident decisions aligned with their individual needs and lifestyles.
She holds a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the Institute of Health Sciences, completed advanced fertility mentorship and certification with The Fertility Nutrition Centre under Sandra Greenbank, and is an Advanced Perinatal Mental Health Specialist through the Perinatal Mental Health Institute. She works with individuals, couples, and companies both online and in person (Skerries, and Dundrum, Co Dublin)
