Ms Breda Maleney is a qualified Nutritional Therapist and Stress Management Coach based in County Offaly, Ireland. She practises independently through her nutrition business and combines personalised nutritional therapy with stress management coaching to support individuals in achieving balanced and sustainable health outcomes.
Ms Maleney has been working as a Nutritional Therapist since 2019, providing one-to-one consultations tailored to individual health goals and lifestyle needs. Her approach is holistic, taking into account diet, stress levels, lifestyle habits and overall wellbeing. She works collaboratively with clients to develop practical, achievable strategies that support long-term health and resilience.
In addition to her clinical practice, she has been a Lecturer at the College of Naturopathic Medicine since 2021, delivering education and training in nutritional therapy. She has worked with various professional groups bringing knowledge and information on how to create a good work/life balance.. She has also being involved in bringing wellness education into schools.
Ms Maleney was the founder of Níos Mó Foods Ltd, a company established in 2016 focused on the development of natural protein-based snack products. Through both her clinical and educational work, she aims to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills required to actively engage in their own health and wellbeing journey, recognising that nutritional needs and wellness goals are unique to each person.
