Dr Besher Turk is a dentist who specialises in prosthodontics. He has over 7 years of experience in general dentistry and over 3 years of experience in prosthodontics and restorative dentistry.
Dr Turk currently works as a prosthodontist at Onyx Medical Center, Dubai and as Administrative Manager and General Dentist at Al Majd Medical Center, Dubai. In his current position at Onyx Medical Center, he is the leading dentist for fixed and removable dental prosthesis procedures.
He has considerable experience in the following areas of dentistry:
Prosthodontics - including veneers, crowns, bridges and dental implants
Cosmetic dentistry - including composite fillings, teeth whitening and snap on smiles (removable veneers)
Endodontics - including root canal and re root canal treatments
Orthodontics - including retainers and clear aligners
Oral surgery - gingivectomy, abscess drainage and semi-surgical procedures
Dr Turk received his BDS in 2014 from International University for Science and Technology, Syria. He later received his Master's degree in Restorative dentistry and Prosthodontics from European University College, Dubai in 2018.
Before his Master's degree, he completed an oral implantology course in 2015 in Damascus Hospital.
During his Master's degree, he completed a research project investigating the stability of Zirconia implants. He was also the Resident Dentist at European University College, Dubai during his Master's degree.
