Dr. Aye Thida Hline is a highly experienced Consultant Cardiologist at Spire Hartswood Hospital in Brentwood, Essex, where she offers a wide range of private cardiology tests and treatments. Her cardiological procedures include diagnostic coronary angiograms, permanent pacemaker implantation, implantable loop recorder (ILR) implantation, as well as transthoracic and transoesophageal echocardiograms. She actively contributes to the training and development of medical professionals, overseeing the echocardiography teaching programme at Queen’s Hospital and mentoring echo trainees, junior doctors, GPs, cardiac physiologists, and technicians.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Hline has played a pivotal role in designing pathways and protocols for evidence-based drug treatments for heart failure, both in the community and primary care settings.
