About Mr Arman Memarzadeh
Mr Arman Memarzadeh is a highly skilled Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in Knee Surgery at Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital and Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital. With training in renowned centres both in the UK and abroad, he is adept in the spectrum of knee surgery, including sports injuries, realignment, and joint replacement. His expertise extends to managing severe trauma knee injuries, involving the reconstruction of fractures and multiple ligaments around the knee. In addition to his surgical services, he emphasises a holistic approach, incorporating non-operative measures such as injections, targeted physiotherapy, and the use of braces when appropriate Mr. Memarzadeh has specialist fellowship expertise in personalised knee replacement, employing kinematic alignment for the best clinical outcomes. He completed fellowships at the Fortius clinic in London, renowned for FIFA accreditation and treating elite athletes in various sports. Arman is among the few surgeons in the East of England skilled in multiple ligament reconstructions. Furthering his expertise, he completed another fellowship in Oxford, during which he gained expertise in partial knee replacement, revision knee replacement, and kinematic alignment. He later received a travelling fellowship from the British Orthopaedic Association which led him to gain experience in the USA, including in Chicago and Philadelphia.
