Ms Arina Suld
About
Arina’s practice is grounded in the belief that therapy is a shared process built on trust, empathy, and respect. She works with a wide range of concerns, including life transitions, relationship dynamics, identity exploration, and emotional challenges, as well as trauma. Creating a safe and inclusive space where diverse identities, relationships, and experiences are fully recognised and valued.
She holds a BSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from IICP College and has completed advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for both individuals and couples. Arina is committed to ongoing professional development and continues to expand her training, particularly in GSRD-affirmative practice, to ensure her work remains informed, ethical, and responsive to clients’ needs.
