Ms Ann O’Hanlon is an experienced psychotherapist who works in private practice and at the Catherine Keers Psychotherapy Centre. Her professional experience includes working with organisations such as Turning Point, the Student Health Centre at UCD, UCD Students’ Union, and the HSE Tus Nua service in Kildare. Through these roles, she has developed extensive experience supporting young adults as well as individuals across all life stages.
Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on a range of methods including humanistic, psychodynamic, Gestalt, behavioural, CBT, psychosynthesis, and solution-focused brief therapy. Working with clients experiencing a variety of issues, including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, stress, bereavement, postnatal depression, self-esteem difficulties, relationship and family challenges, abuse, sexuality concerns, adoption-related issues, and work-related stress.
