Dr Anik Sarkar

Dr. Anik Sarkar is a highly skilled surgeon specialising in general, upper GI, robotic, and bariatric surgery. With a diverse range of expertise, he performs various surgical procedures aimed at treating a wide spectrum of conditions. His areas of specialisation include oesophago-gastric cancer surgery, upper gastrointestinal benign surgery, bariatric surgery, advanced general laparoscopic surgery, and advanced endoscopy. Dr. Sarkar is uniquely qualified in robotic surgery, having completed a robotics fellowship in the UK. This specialised training allows him to offer minimally invasive robotic surgical options to his patients, ensuring optimal outcomes with reduced postoperative discomfort and quicker recovery times.
