About
Dr Wines graduated from the University of Sydney in 1994. After obtaining their fellowship in orthopaedic surgery from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2002, they travelled to Dublin, Bristol and Oxford for subspecialty training in paediatric and adult foot and ankle surgery.
Dr Wines holds appointments at public and private hospitals and is director of the Sydney Foot and Ankle Fellowship. They are Chair of the NSW Branch of the AOA, a member of the federal AOA board and Chair of the Champions of Change committee of the AOA. They are a member of the Continuing Professional Development, Professional Conduct and Standards, Ethics, and OWL committees of the AOA. Dr Wines has been a member of the council of the Medical Benevolent Association of NSW since 1994 and is the director of the Sydney Foot and Ankle Fellowship and Research Institute.
