Dr Ammar Al-Hourani is an experienced Endodontist at Priors Hall Dental and an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at Liverpool Dental School.
Ammar qualified from Glasgow Dental School in 2009, developing an early interest in Endodontics. After working several years as a Senior House Officer and General Dental Practitioner, he pursued a 3-year full-time postgraduate DDSc Endodontic training program at Liverpool Dental School. He achieved his Membership in Endodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh (MEndo RCS Ed) in May 2019 and completed his Doctorate in Endodontology (DDSc) in 2020. He is also a Member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
As an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at Liverpool Dental School, Ammar supervises both undergraduate and postgraduate students. He practices at multiple locations across London, accepting endodontic referrals from fellow general dental practitioners.
Ammar is passionate about postgraduate endodontic education, teaching on various NHS and private courses throughout the UK. He is dedicated to helping general dental practitioners overcome the everyday challenges of Endodontics.
