About
Dr Pun has completed advanced spine surgical training at multiple distinguished spine centres, including Europe's largest orthopaedic hospital and Asia's leading hospital for spinal care. Dr Pun completed his Australian orthopaedic training, followed by four years of clinical research and subspecialty spine fellowship training (combined neurosurgery and orthopaedic) in Melbourne, Milan, Beijing and London.
Dr Pun's areas of special interest include:
• Surgery of all regions of the spine (cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacrum)
• Minimally invasive spine surgery
• Navigation and robotic spinal surgery
• Degenerative disc disease
• Adult spinal deformity (scoliosis, kyphosis, spondylolisthesis)
• Complex spinal conditions
• Spinal tumours
• Artificial disc replacement
• Sacroiliac joint pathology
Dr Pun collaborates with a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, exercise physiologists, dietitians, psychologists and pain specialists to provide his patients with holistic and personalised spinal care. He believes in non-operative treatment where possible and is guided by the latest research and evidence.
Dr Pun speaks English and Mandarin.
