Alma graduated from Our Lady of Fatima University (formerly Fatima Medical Science Foundation), Philippines in 1998 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
Prior to coming to Dubai in 2006, she worked in private clinics and hospitals in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia in 2002. She gained valuable experience in treating musculoskeletal, neurological, pediatric and geriatric conditions. Alma attended different courses to keep up her clinical skills.
Alma uses trigger point release, myofascial release, joint mobilization technique and she tailors her treatments with individual needs aligned with other modalities. She has been involved in a variety of sporting events in Dubai, including Dubai Rugby Sevens, Full and half marathon and Women's Tennis Association (WTA) at Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championship.
Outside of work, Alma is a busy fur mom of five dogs and enjoyed playing table tennis and short distance running
