About Dr Alison Johnstone
Dr Alison Johnstone is a dedicated General Practitioner with a wealth of experience. She founded Deanbrook Private General Practice in 2015 after working as an NHS General Practitioner for over 10 years. She graduated from Sheffield University in 1996 before joining the Royal Army Medical Core. In 2004, she left the Army and worked as an NHS General Practitioner in the Basingstoke area, becoming a GP partner in a local practice for 3.5 years. Dr Johnstone has developed special interests in women’s health, family planning and palliative care and is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. Her qualifications include a diploma from the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health (DFSRH) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education (PGCME).
