Dr. Vasilache's approach to therapy is flexible and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. In addition to her expertise in eating disorders, Dr. Vasilache is trained in Behavioral Activation for Depression and conducts group therapy for individuals struggling with Social Anxiety. She adopts a systemic approach when working with adolescents, involving the entire family in the therapeutic process. Her areas of focus include anxiety disorders, depression, personality disorders, addiction tendencies, OCD, couples therapy, bipolar disorder, and psychosis.
Above all, Dr. Vasilache emphasises the importance of establishing a genuine and supportive connection with her clients. She believes in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship and is committed to providing a safe and empathetic environment for her clients to explore their emotions and experiences.
