He is skilled in managing medical retina diseases, including diabetic retinopathy (with PRP pattern laser), macular edema (with focal laser), and administering intravitreal injections. Dr. Alneyadi also uses advanced diagnostic tools such as OCT macula and OCT-angiography.
He graduated with an MB BCh, BAO from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He became a member of the Medical Council in Ireland in 2010. In 2017, he obtained the German Board of Ophthalmology after practising at Ludwig-Maximilian University Eye Hospital in Munich. He also earned the European Board of Ophthalmology certification in Paris in 2017. Dr. Alneyadi completed a two-year fellowship in Refractive Surgery and Medical Retina at St. Elisabeth Hospital in Cologne, Germany.
He is a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. Dr. Alneyadi served on the Scientific Committee for the Emirates Ophthalmology Society Conference and the Abu Dhabi Ophthalmology Review Conference. He has been a speaker at the International Congress of Ophthalmology in 2022 and the Kuwait Ophthalmology Conference in 2023. He also moderated sessions at the Abu Dhabi Ophthalmology Review Conference in 2022 and the Emirates Ophthalmology Society Conference in 2021.
