Adri graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 1992 in South Africa. She is a highly skilled physiotherapist with extensive experience in hydrotherapy, manual and manipulative therapy, ESWT (Shockwave Therapy), sports injuries, orthopedic rehabilitation, and hand therapy.
She has been a part of Dubai Physiotherapy & Family Medicine Clinic’s MSK Unit since 2012. She has gained additional training in myofascial release, spinal disorder management, and knee rehabilitation. She offers comprehensive care to her patients, offering assessments, designing individualized treatment plans and implement the plan for each patient and their specific rehabilitation needs.
