About
Adam's educational journey began with his Sports and Exercise Science degree from Loughborough University, during which he balanced his studies with a successful rugby career. He later pursued practical experience at Crystal Palace Football Club Academy.
Subsequently, he became part of the medical team at Queens Park Rangers Football Club, specialising in rehabilitation as a senior specialist physiotherapist. During his seven years with the club, he worked with first-team players, international athletes, and Premier League stars. His expertise covers a wide range of injuries, including post-surgical procedures and the return of athletes to elite sports. Adam has also collaborated with the England Institute of Sport on athlete rehabilitation.
Adam's professional philosophy revolves around making world-class physiotherapy accessible to everyone, supported by objective data and research. He is dedicated to improving health and performance for individuals from all walks of life.
