The Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNGHA), also known as National Guard Hospital, is a government-funded healthcare system of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, affiliated with the Ministry of National Guard. It delivers a broad range of healthcare services across multiple levels of care, including public health, primary care, and advanced tertiary and sub-specialty services.
MNGHA operates medical campuses in Riyadh, Jeddah, Al-Ahsa, Dammam, Medina, Taif, and Qassim. All facilities are connected through a unified electronic medical record system, BestCare, supporting integrated and coordinated care across the network. In addition to clinical services, MNGHA supports academic, training, and research programs that contribute to the development of healthcare practice and knowledge.
The organization places emphasis on patient-centered care, with a structured focus on safety, quality, and continuity of services. MNGHA also has a strategic role in digital health transformation and health information technology.
