Just Skin Treatment Clinic is a specialist skin cancer treatment provider focused on non-surgical management of non-melanoma skin cancers. The clinic offers an alternative treatment pathway for selected cases using superficial radiotherapy techniques, with services designed for patients seeking effective treatment without invasive surgery or for those where surgery may not be the most suitable option.
The clinic’s treatment services include Superficial X-ray Therapy (SXRT) and Grenz Ray Therapy. These approaches are used in the management of conditions such as basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, Bowen’s disease, actinic keratosis, field cancerisation caused by chronic sun damage, and disseminated superficial actinic porokeratosis (DSAP), depending on clinical suitability.
Just Skin was established on the Sunshine Coast, where its first clinic opened in Maroochydore in 2016. Since then, the practice has expanded across Queensland and now operates from four locations: Maroochydore, Noosa, Gympie, and Toowoomba.
The clinical team includes radiation oncologist Dr Colin Dicks, who consults across the clinic locations, and dermatologist Dr Helmut Schaider. The practice also provides consultations, skin checks, treatment planning, and patient information resources to support informed decision-making throughout care.
