Fit For Life is a specialist healthcare company dedicated exclusively to supporting older adults across Ireland. Founded in 2001, the organisation was established to provide innovative, evidence-based services that help older adults maintain and improve their physical ability, independence and quality of life.
The organisation offers Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy exercise and individual and group exercise and rehabilitation programmes designed specifically for the needs of older adults.
In Dublin these services are delivered in in our Fit For Life Clinic in Sandyford Village with individual home visits available across Dublin and surrounding counties.
Specifcially designed 'Stand Strong' classes are available in Sandyford Village and locations in South and North Dublin.
Fit For Life maintains a strong focus on clinical standards, continuous development and staff training. The company invests in research-driven service improvement and employs healthcare professionals who specialise in older-adult care. Its mission is centred on enabling older adults to lead fuller lives.
