Far North Renal Service (FNRS) is a dedicated team of healthcare professionals providing comprehensive kidney care to the Cairns community and surrounding regions. • Transplantation: FNRS works closely with the transplant team at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital to provide pre- and post-transplant care for patients.
