This initial consultation reviews medical history, current concerns, and treatment goals to determine the suitability of ketamine assisted psychotherapy.
Ketamine sessions take place in a carefully regulated clinical environment, under the oversight of Healthcare Improvement Scotland. Guided by a multidisciplinary team, these sessions offer a safe and compassionate setting for emotional exploration, helping individuals process deep feelings and gain new perspectives. Since the rapid symptom relief provided by ketamine for conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, alcohol addiction, ADHD, chronic pain, and mood disorders is most effective when combined with psychological support, the programme includes ongoing structured psychotherapy.
Following each ketamine session, integration support helps individuals apply therapeutic breakthroughs in everyday life. Continued engagement through therapy allows for the development of coping strategies, emotional resilience, and meaningful change. Eulas Clinics draws on a range of evidence based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, trauma informed care, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and EMDR, tailoring each treatment plan to the individual.
