He further did his Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship in ERCP and EUS from the prestigious Baldota institute of digestive sciences in Mumbai.He then worked in tertiary referral hospitals-Manipal  hospitals and as senior specialist in Aster Hospitals.He has been practicing in NMC hospitals  in Dubai since 2022.

Dr. Shabeer is adept at managing all complex gastroenterological cases including liver transplant cases, and he is proficient in a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures. He has performed more than 5000s of Upper GI endoscopies and colonoscopies including therapeutic cases,more than 500 ERCPs and 100s Endosonography .
