About

Mr. Mitchell graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 1999 and he proceeded to undertake and complete his basic and higher medical training in Edinburgh. Mr. Mitchell also undertook a Diploma in Sports and Exercise medicine via the University of Bath and in 2012 he was selected for fellowship training in the USE, visiting Tennessee, Boston and Chicago. After completing his training in 2013 Mr. Mitchell embarked on a fellowship in Sydney, where he concentrated on hip and knee reconstruction, and sports injuries.

Since his return in 2014 from Sydney, Mr. Mitchell has held a consultant post with the National Health Service (NHS) and maintains an interest in both research and training.
