About Mr Scott Barker
Mr Scott Barker is a graduate of MB ChB from Aberdeen University. He has also completed an exclusive fundamental training in Aberdeen, Inverness, New Zealand, and Australia. He proceeded for Orthopaedic training in the North of Scotland Deanery programme. In 2012, he passed the FRCS (Tr and Orth) specialist exam. Mr Barker moved to Australia to complete 6 months specialist Fellowships before he started working as a Consultant in Aberdeen. He specialises on robotic-arm assisted surgery, hip surgery, and knee surgery. His proficiency in advanced Hip and Knee Replacement strategies was sharpened at the Ballarat Orthopaedic Centre, where he spent the first six months. Mr Barker worked for six months at the distinguished Melbourne Shoulder and Elbow Centre.
