About
Dr Muhlmann has a particular interest in minimally invasive colorectal surgery including both robotic and laparoscopic procedures. Their areas of practice include all major colorectal conditions including colorectal cancer, diverticular disease and inflammatory bowel disease. Other interests include pelvic floor disorders such as faecal incontinence and obstructed defaecation as well as hernias, gastroscopy and colonoscopy.
Dr Muhlmann obtained their medical degree at the University of Western Australia and completed general surgical training in Perth. They later completed the colorectal surgical society of Australia and New Zealand’s program by completing fellowship years in Auckland and Sydney.
