Throughout his career, he has held prominent academic and clinical roles, including serving as a Lecturer and Clinical Instructor. He is an active member of several prestigious professional organisations, joining the Vascular Society of Egypt in 2010 and the Egyptian Vascular Club in 2011, and he achieved Senior Consultant status with the Medical Syndicate of Egypt in 2017.

His areas of clinical interest include advanced aortic interventions, such as the repair of aortic aneurysms, as well as carotid surgery and stenting. He is also highly experienced in treating peripheral artery disease, chronic and acute limb ischaemia, venous diseases, and creating haemodialysis access. Furthermore, he utilises innovative techniques, including carbon dioxide-based endovascular interventions, to deliver optimal outcomes for his patients.
